Overview:
Work outside all summer and plan the work day with your team (usually 2 per team)

No previous experience necessary. Learn on the job.

Responsibilities and Job specification:

- Be able to complete all tree stemming to the standards set and continue that throughout.
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Confident in driving work vehicles i.e. transits
- Using hand saws, hedge trimmers and ladders
- Being able to correctly organise routes and general work planning
- Able to do simple paperwork (marking off completed jobs etc)

The work wage is purely on a bonus/price-work scheme as in "the more you do, the more you are paid per tree". There is a minimum target of trees completed per borough per day.

Different boroughs may differ on how much you get paid per tree.

You will be paid weekly, the following week providing the work is up to standard.

**This job is on a sub-contractor basis only.**

We will provide the tools and equipment and hi vis needed. You will need to provide your own work/steel toe cap boots and work trousers.

Start times: on site at 6am/6.30 depending on area to travel to. Finish times depend on you and your team as long as your minimum target is met.
