Job Title: Estate Agent Valuer
Location: Watford, UK

**Salary**: £25,000 base, £50,000 OTE

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out valuations of properties in the Watford area.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property values, market trends and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all valuations and associated paperwork.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the local property market.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure properties are marketed effectively and achieve maximum exposure.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and developments in the local property market.
- Attend industry events and network with other professionals in the field.
**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Estate Agent Valuer.
- A strong track record of valuing properties in the Watford area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving license.
