Our client are a fantastic service business based in Leamington Spa. They are currently looking to bring on board an Assistant Finance Manager to join a successful, qualified and dynamic team,
As Assistant Finance Manager, you will undertake a broad and exciting role to include:
Statutory Reporting
1. Assisting in the Monthly close of UK P&L including the posting of all Accruals, Prepayments, Payroll.
2. Monthly reconciliation of UK Balance Sheet
3. Monthly production of US financial performance, driven by data issued from external US Accountant
4. Monthly production of UK and US Financial Metrics, detailing the financial health of each geography
5. Working with company accountants in the production of full year statutory accounts, and providing relevant information to company Auditors
6. Liaising with HMRC in the production and payment of all statutory liabilities - Corporation Tax, PAYE, VAT
Financial and Management Reporting
7. Regular production of short to medium term cashflow forecast
8. Production of internal Management reporting
Financial Control
9. Timely issuing of client invoices aligned to agreed commercial terms
10. Weekly Credit control management to ensure timely payments aligned to agreed commercial terms
11. Management of Purchase Ledger to ensure full compliance to process across the UK and US businesses
12. Management of corporate credit cards to ensure adherence to policy
13. Management of monthly expenses process; covering the reimbursement to UK and US teams and the timely and accurate recharging to clients,
We are seeking a part qualified finalist/newly qualified accountant, keen to springboard their career to Assistant Finance Manager with a broad role within a dynamic and growing business. Whilst an SME, the client base are corporates/PLC's. A high profilenetwork with the familiarity of an SME.
