Investment Fund Project Manger

This is a challenging, yet rewarding and high-profile role, within the Investments business at WTW for an experienced Project Manager who is interested in working primarily on a single opportunity on an ongoing basis. Though you will be part of a StrategicChange Management team, and have some opportunities to work on other projects, the primary reason for this role becoming available is due to the need to manage the full programme of activities for a large and complex client.
**The role**:

- Working on one of our most high profile and complex clients, you will direct a multi-functional team to produce a broad range of deliverables, as well as provide a high quality of client service. Your day-to-day project management role will see you workingclosely with the Client Team to service the clients’ needs, and with the wider team to drive regular reporting deliverables as well as new initiatives, to tight deadlines.
- This is a highly involved role and a high level of communication needs to be maintained across workstreams, external parties and the client and to many of those stakeholders, you will be their first point of contact for queries and requests.
- Strong project management and organisational skills are essential to ensure the delivery of complex deliverables, identify tasks for delegation, understand dependencies, set realistic deadlines and complete oversight.
- Examples of the kind of tasks and deliverables include facilitating kick off meetings and Post Project Reviews for key deliverables, identifying and implementing improvement strategies, completing logistics for quarterly Board Meetings and events, managingthe WTW production of papers and producing WTW action updates, facilitating marketing outputs and managing WTW’s client marketing commitments, liaising with external parties where appropriate.
- Budget management and the production of biannual budget reports to the client are also required.
- A degree of logistics planning for Board Meetings and Marketing events, as well as the maintenance of the marketing calendar for WTW and the portfolio managers within the portfolio will also be part of the role.

- Proficient in project management tools and technology
- Experience of the Investment Fund/Investment Trust market, potentially gained at an asset manager, would be an advantage in this role.
