We have an exciting opportunity for an eager and enthusiastic Trainee Workforce Advisor to join our friendly Employee Relations team in Nottingham.

The trainee will work towards progression into the post of Employee Relations Advisor through successful completion of the competencies within an identified Training programme.

The postholder will develop knowledge, skills and experience related to the role of Employee Relations Advisor via an internal training programme whilst working towards Level 5 CIPD Diploma or equivalent.

In addition you will be a key HR contact for matters of sickness absence and other employee relations matters. You will provide generalist HR support to managers offering advice regarding terms and conditions of employment and support the Just and Restorative Culture and organisational development agenda and provide key information to the managers to enable them to manage their workforce effectively.

The role also involves proving support as a HR professional on a number of Group projects. There is also a strong data focus, as the Employment Relations Officer will produce data reports and dashboards for several meetings.
