HR Advisor

FINTEC recruit is working with an established and growing organisation based in Bathgate and we are looking for an **HR Advisor** to join a small team (CIPD qualified). This is a permanent position with salary in the £28,000 to £30,000 range, negotiable depending on experience. Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR Advice and support to Managers and employees in line with policies and legal requirements.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance and performance cases
- Mange casework in relation to sickness absence, providing support on this to managers
- Liaison with Occupational health and medical professionals as required
- Involved in recruitment and selection, preparing job descriptions, participating in interviews, producing offers of employment
- General HR administration functions in updating systems/databases
- Presenting and reviewing the Company Induction process for new recruits and various monitoring and reviewing of relevant documentation.

**Skills and Experience required for the HR Advisor role**:

- Must have CIPD Level 3 as a minimum (essential) CIPD Level 5 (Desirable but not essential)
- Must have experience working with Senior Management Team on a daily basis
- Microsoft packages skills - Excel, word, PowerPoint knowledge is essential.
- Attention to detail
