Meat Packer

AM2PM Recruitment Dudley are recruiting **food production operatives** for our prestigious client **based in Brierley Hill**. This company is a busy chicken meat packing company, the role will involve the production, packaging and despatch of Chicken Products to be sent to various Supermarkets and Suppliers.

Some role involves several stages of preparing chicken products, using the finest cuts. There are a few machines that are used, and full training and support will be provided.

Experience isn't necessary for the role as full training will be given.

**Working in a food production environment the role includes**:

- Packaging of raw chicken in a temperature controlled environment
- Working on the production line
- Quality control of the products
- Loading and unloading of trays
- Palletise, wrap and label products
- Carry out instructions as given to you by your supervisor/manager
- Adhering to all Food Hygiene standards and requirements
- Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy at all times
- A good level of English speaking
- Basic numeracy/literacy
- Have a good attitude to work
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Age 18+

**Working Hours**

4 day on - 4 days off

5.30am - 6pm

**Pay rate £10/hour ** Extra £2 / hour on Saturday, Sunday**

Ongoing temporary contract which can lead for permanent contract after 12 weeks.
