Manual Tester

My client is looking to take on a Manual Tester where you'll be responsible for manually testing products to the highest quality. You'll be responsible for the creation, maintenance and delivery of test cases and a combination of testing firmware, hardwareand embedded software**:

- paying £30,000-£40,000pa + great benefits.**

In this role, you'll need an innovative, forward thinking attitude in which you'll identify new opportunities to improve the quality and coverage of test programs. You'll require the ability to confidently engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels,in which you can justify your ideas and recommendations for test processes. **PLEASE NOTE**: this role does offer hybrid working, dependant on the project you're working on (requiring you in office 2 days per week, in Tewkesbury). You will be expected to be in office during the first few weeks of the role, to get fullyup to speed. All work is conducted within the UK, you must have full right to work, as my client cannot offer sponsorship.

**Essential skillset/ experience**:

- Strong commercial IT experience (ideally Test experience, or desire to move into Test role)
- Solid experience and knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems
- Strong understanding of networking, IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and MS Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills (non-verbal and verbal engagement with a range of stakeholders)

**Desirable skillset/ experience:**
- Automation Test experience
- Excellent written communication skills, or experience writing Release Notes
