Multimedia Specialist

**Job Description**:
Brooks Automation is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to design, develop and deliver effective, engaging and aesthetically pleasing media packages, including graphics, photography, video and sound. These media forms are used globally to communicate the company’ message to both internal and external audiences.

What You Will Do:

- Video capture on site and remotely, using handheld and mounted cameras as well as Microsoft Teams. May require to be on screen and not just behind the camera.
- Travel nationally and internationally for case studies, product filming, site filming and photography.
- Photography of product and internal company events and activities.
- Postproduction of video using Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects and other editing tools.
- Assistance with creation of marketing collateral, including product animations, corporate logos and rebranding, high resolution product images, infographics, datasheets and brochures, tradeshow booth design, other internal and external designs for various departments within the company.

What You Will Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in digital media design, videography or similar concentration; 5+ years of experience in multimedia development or experience and/or training in art and graphic design will also be considered.
- Proficiency using digital media equipment, video creation, editing software, and/or motion graphics and effects software.
- Knowledge of production techniques including videography, compression and file delivery, and other production formats.
- Experience with all aspects of professional quality productions, including field and studio camera, lighting, sound, and editing.
- Experience with computer graphics and digital photography
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierPro and AfterEffects).
- Solid understanding of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation
- Experience with 3ds Max and 3D modeling a plus. Some experience with Creo a plus as well.
