of our clients.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Creative Arts. As Social Media and Audio Visual Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall social media strategies for a wide range of exciting clients in retail, consumer and B2B sectors. This role will also support our Audio Visual Manager in the creation of graphic and video content for social media, and even TV You will benefit from a comprehensive and wide range of on-the-job training from our experienced team.

No day is ‘normal’ here, there’s so much to sink your teeth into. Here are just a few things you’ll be learning and doing as our new Social Media/ Audio Visual Executive:

- Plan, create, implement, and monitor organic social media strategies for our clients and redPepper to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Manage the day-to-day community communications.
- Developing and managing relationships with social media influencers.
- Understand and implement SEO strategies within social media platforms in conjunction with the digital team.
- Assist with audio visual production including origination, editing and curating of assets.
- Assist with the design of campaign assets across all media.
- Contribute to the development of strategies, storyboards and content for campaigns.
- Provide administration support to the Creative team.
- Discover new and growing social media channels, introducing relevant channels into client strategies as appropriate.
- Undertake audience and competitor market research and keep on top of current social media trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
- Proficient in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software

- Understanding of digital marketing tools
- Good eye for design and experience using Canva (or alternative design software)
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
