**Role**: Product Delivery Coordinator

**Location**: Birmingham Business Park with hybrid working.

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (occasional work out of normal business hours)

**Reporting to**: Product Development Manager

Our unique Client management model connects building owners (Clients) with occupiers (Customers) to generate cash from underutilised office space in all types of buildings from Aberdeen to Brighton. **What will you do?**

Responsible for accurate inventory management, product delivery and customer experience to achieve revenue/contribution targets of all Events, Meetings, Coworking and new future products.

To be a part of a brand, new team that is building new products and revenue streams within a well-established leader in the world of coworking/flexible workspace/hybrid working.

**We want someone exceptional who can focus on**:
**Sales & Operations **Support**
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of centres, availability, products, and services within the NewFlex portfolio.
- Onboard new locations to new channel partner, and event agent sites.
- Ongoing management of broker partner listings to ensure product listings are current and an accurate representation. Update and refresh current listings/pricing/photos.
- Work with centres to assess inventory options and to accept or reject the booking.
- Allocate booking requests and reservations for all locations from the channel partners.
- Working with centres to provide seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Report and escalate service issues reported to the management.
- Manage the billing and cash collection process.
- Ensure all data is captured within system for consistent and accurate reporting.
- Support with all administrative tasks related to Product Development.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required by the business.

**Knowledge/Experience**
- Confident user of Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook) Strong and professional communication skills both written and verbal as well as presenting
- Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
