Hours - Monday to Friday 0800-1700
Are you an experienced Payroll Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team? We are currently seeking a skilled and flexible individual to join our client as a Payroll Coordinator. Position: Payroll Coordinator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (core hours)
1 in 6 Saturdays or Sundays with a day off in lieu.
**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently process payroll
- Ensure accurate and timely calculations of employee salaries and benefits
- Collaborate closely with the HR team during peak times, which may involve working from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm (flexible shifts, e.g., 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm)
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork, accommodating alternative shifts (e.g., 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) when needed
- Foster a supportive and cooperative environment to ensure seamless payroll operations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
