Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Follow a script to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
- Answer questions and address customer concerns or objections
- Record customer information and details of the conversation in the CRM software
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Capsule CRM, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
