Venn Group is currently working with a prestigious NHS Trust based in London to recruit a number of IT Trainers to join a large scale project to design, develop, deliver and maintain blended learning solutions for clinical and corporate courses.

**Day Rate: £168.91 - £232.86 (DOE)**

**IR35 Status: Inside**

**Duration: 7 months, initially**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide training through a variety of methods including classroom, facilitated, live online learning and webinars, Technology Enabled Learning (TEL) and onsite performance coaching
- Assist with the analysis, design, development, implementation, support and evaluation of learning interventions utilising all aspects of the learning cycle and assist training across the complex training portfolio and deliver learning and performance coaching
- Ensure that internal and external communication is maintained regarding key updates on clinical systems
- Assist in regular testing of new and upgraded software/hardware and training environments and make relevant adaptations to all associated training materials to support new training practices/ functionality across the organisation
- Maintain a thorough up-to-date working knowledge of the NHS Health and ELITE procedures, ITQ, TQI or related digital literacy strategies, standards and policies
- Provide 2nd line Epic system support queries to all users according to internal processes

**Essential Experience**:

- Knowledge of at least two PAS / EPR / EPMA IT Applications used in Healthcare and the processes and workflows which surround them from either a training or user perspective
- Experience in performance coaching individuals and groups, ideally using an established coaching methodology i.e. GROW model
- Ran both remote and face to face training to a wide audience of clinicians and senior management
