Administrative Assistant

Boston Garage Equipment is one of the leading suppliers to the MOT and garage equipment industry, and we are looking for a new team member to assist with general office administration. We are an IT driven business and a good knowledge of the internet and Microsoft office products would be required. Existing experience with accounts software (Xero) will also be very useful.
Must have:
- Excellent written English and good use of grammar
- Confident in speaking with others and professional telephone manner
- Able to work carefully and with good attention to detail
- Punctual, polite and presentable essential
Duties would include:
- To learn and understand the product range
- Answer incoming telephone calls to the business
- Process day-to-day orders for spare parts
- Customer invoicing
- Booking deliveries and arranging offloading at site
- Assist the service department where necessary
- Assist our national agents and distributors where necessary
- Other miscellaneous office duties as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
