**Enterprise Solution Architect**

A leading financial services corporation is recruiting an Enterprise Solution Architect with solid domain architectural capabilities within Technology/System/Business/Data/Application architecture as our client embarks on a digital transformation programme.The ESA will streamline the IT infrastructure will provide simple, cost effective services to Colleagues irrespective of location. In order to simplify our clients complex IT infrastructure and networks the ESA will ensure that our clients systems & servicesare performant, reliable and secure.
The Enterprise Solution Architect will provide the necessary thought leadership, analysis and design for developing a well-managed enterprise architecture. Creating deliverables that help establish a direction for managing the organisation's portfolio of "as-is"and "to be" to align business outcome objectives. You will update and consolidate our client's core processing platforms and develop their digital journey providing improved customer experience, greater access to self-service facilities as well as faster turnaroundtimes for new services.
**Role overview/responsibilities**:

- Understand business drivers and required capabilities (future and current state), and determine corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive and support the business strategy.
- Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies or lifecycle issues through the ageing of the technologies.
- Understand, advocate and augment the principles of information technology strategies.
- Analyse the technology industry, competitors and market trends, and determine their potential impact on the enterprise.
- Define the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
- Identify the organisational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the enterprise architecture.
- Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation's Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do.
- Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation's Data Governance Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you treat data as an essential corporate asset which must be protectedand managed.
**Essential skill set**:

- Strong experience acting as an Enterprise Architect within regulated environment (must Have)
- Experience of TOGAF (must have)
- Detailed understanding of 'off-the-shelf infrastructure-related products' (Azure, AWS, Citrix, VMware etc. (must have)
- Strong experience in developing/documenting Architecture Roadmaps, Standards & Patterns, Business problems including Scope, Functional and Non-functional Requirements, Solution Design as well as detailed architecture Blueprints (must have)
- Advanced skills in integration, orchestration, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and micro services architecture, including best practices for enterprise systems (must have)
- Specialist knowledge of Financial Systems and associated platforms (nice to have)
- Advanced skills in using Architecture description languages (ADLs) to support enterprise modelling techniques (UML, ArchiMate) (nice to have)
- Advanced skills in integration solutions & ETL with enterprise tools (nice to have)

**Salary expectations**:
