- Organise Scheme Trustee Meetings
- To formally record Scheme Trustee and Sub-Committee meetings, maintaining actions logs and follow up on all action points.
- To work with the Scheme Auditor and third-party administrator, to produce all Scheme financial reporting as required by legislation and assist with other statutory reporting.
- Organise Governance Committee Meetings, prepare and distribute meeting packs, take minutes at these meetings and update and maintain the associated Actions Logs.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of all communications materials.
- Maintain all existing Pension communications materials
- To support the Pensions Manager and the Reward team, in the delivery of any future internal ad hoc projects
- Build internal and external networks to provide thought leadership, informed by market awareness, external benchmarking, specialist skills, technical knowledge and legislation, on all aspects of pensions.

**Essential skills**:

- Experience required in a similar role. Alternatively, substantial experience in a senior pensions administration role where you been a key contact for the Pensions Manager, or Trustees (in house) or a direct contact for clients (third party)
- Excellent organisational skills and a good knowledge of DB and DC pension plans.
- Able to work independently but also to have great communication skills to work alongside the Pensions Manager, wider Reward Team and with external advisers including legal, investment, actuarial advisers and auditors.
