**About the Role**:
As a Practice & Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and supporting the payroll process. You will report directly to the MD and contribute to the smooth functioning of our finance services.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Maintain client contact database and payroll deadlines sheet
- Process client payroll, including Payslips, PAYE, NI schedules, and pension submissions
- Handle HMRC submissions and client queries
- Assist with credit control and debt collection projects
- Liaise with Client Advisors for query resolution and building strong relationships
- Experience in a Payroll Bureau or Accounting Practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups
- Sage Payroll experience, preferably Sage payroll Bureau
- Strong customer service and organisation skills
- Positive, determined attitude with good judgement and flexibility
- Prior experience in an accountancy practice with a disciplined approach to work

Our goal is to provide Finance Information that Companies Understand and Utilise. Currently, we serve 375 clients and aim to grow to 425 clients by the end of Summer 2023.
