- Serve all customers efficiently using the highest standards of Customer Service.

Serving, Cash Handling, Washing and Preparing ingredients, Cooking, Cleaning.
- To follow safe working practices at all times in accordance with health and safety policies, procedures and legislation.
- To ensure the hygiene of self, equipment and working area meets required standards at all times.
- To complete all daily rituals.
- Liaise with manager to ensure all counter and window displays, merchandising, ticketing and marketing materials are displayed in all store to best effect.
- To set up tills correctly with all codes and correct and up to date pricing on request from management.
- To complete all shop transactional paperwork.
- To advise manager of any required changes to product standing orders, sandwich filling levels and grocery levels.
- To follow portion control standards, keep wastage to a minimum and record accurately on relevant paperwork.
- Advise Bakery of any quality related issues on a daily basis.
- Advise Bakery of any lack of order fulfilment on a daily basis.
- To assist in the achievement of 5-star hygiene rating.
- To adhere to all management instructions at all times.
- To regularly update and familiarise self with company Quality Management System (QMS), its’ policies and procedures.
- Advise shop manager of any required maintenance works.
- Any other reasonable request from a manager or director.

Hours: 18

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
