Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will be ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel’s standards. You will transport guest luggage to/from guestrooms. You will have knowledge of all hotel services, hours of operation, guestroom features and amenities. You will be responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow up throughout their stay. You will be a key person to provide warm welcome and fond farewell.

**What we are looking for**

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
