**Security Supervisor - Hethel, Norfolk**

**Role Summary**

The Security Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the Company's premises, assets, and personnel. They are responsible for supervising Security Officer teams at both Hethel and LAS locations, overseeing their activities, and ensuring efficient execution of security protocols. The Security Supervisor serves as the first point of contact for visitors, controls entry and exit from the premises, and continuously evaluates and improves security measures for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Security Officer teams at Hethel and LAS, ensuring they are adequately equipped and trained to fulfil their roles effectively.
- Continually assess the Security function and propose enhancements to improve overall security for staff, visitors, and company management.
- Deputise for Security Officers as needed, possessing a thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure sufficient coverage for all shift patterns, coordinating schedules and managing staff holiday approvals.
- Conduct objective setting and performance reviews as part of the company's performance management systems.

Essential Criteria:

- Previous experience in single-manned guardhouse security is essential.
- Experience in customer-focused roles is beneficial, demonstrating the ability to multitask and communicate professionally at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications or training in security management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide security teams effectively.
