Carer

Care One 2 One is currently seeking a passionate and motivated full time carer who is genuinely interested in working in the community, supporting older people to remain at home. We are currently looking for a full time carer around the Caerphilly, Llanbradoch, Abertridwr, Penyheol,Trethomas, Machen Areas.

**You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.**

**Working Hours**:
Flexible working from 30 - 40plus hours. Contracted permanent hours.

**Working Times: (**These can be flexible dependent on personal circumstances)
- 6.45am-3pm & 3.30pm -10.30pm. Two days off & with every other weekend off on a two week rolling rota, so you always know where you are.

**The Pay**:

- Graded Pay based on Care Qualifications
- Basic Wage Starting at £10.00p/hr for level 1 increasing through levels 2 & 3.
- Overtime paid at £13.00 p/hour
- Full Mileage Allowance paid 45p
- Annual Car Maintenance Scheme Available to Staff

Some experience of caring for others is preferable but not essential. Training for the responsibilities of being a carer is provided prior to working with clients.

As a carer you will need to be adaptable and open to any challenges you may face. You will be expected to work in a practical and common-sense manner, have a cheerful disposition and be a good communicator.
