MYNT Recruitment are pleased to be working in partnership with Elliott's Hygiene as Retained Partners to recruit a **PERMANENT** Accounts Administrator.

Elliott’s Hygiene are an independent, family-run business based in Hull. In the business for over 35 years, they are now one of the leading hygiene, packaging and catering suppliers in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

Elliott Hygiene offer a busy and friendly working environment and an attractive rate of pay, working 07:30am to 04:30pm with an earlier finish on a Friday.

This role will involve working within our proactive team, liaising with different departments, including, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Directors. We are looking for someone who is an excellent and proactive communicator, must be a team player, passionate, personable and engaging with a very good eye for detail and accuracy and be a solution driven team member.

Other duties and required experiences;
- Some banking and petty cash preparation ensuring cash flow is accurately recorded
- Assistance with sales office and administration support including processing of sales orders, website orders and familiarity with the process of a holistic order fulfilment
- Attention to detail & accuracy, with strong mathematical, analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a confident and accurate telephone manner
- An AAT qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience within all areas of accounts; Dealing with payments, receipts, finalising invoices generated via purchase orders, dealing with fuel receipts.
- Strong multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactively confident in being the main accounts person and first point of contact for all accounts based enquiries.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrable and excellent IT and Excel skills.
- Ability to deliver to deadlines, and manage changing priorities and multiple tasks.
This role would suit someone who has strong desire to work within a finance and customer service function, organisational skills, who likes speaking to suppliers, debtors, internal teams and customers, someone who likes to have variety in their day to day working life. This person would become an integral part of this amazing family business.
