Due to a new project win, the position of **Project Quantity Surveyor **has become available to join our **growing team **based ineither** Leeds or Manchester**.

Simister Island Interchange is one of the busiest motorway junctions in the north-west used by around 90,000 vehicles each day. The junction struggles with such high volumes of traffic above what it was designed for, and as a result suffers from congestion and poor journey time reliability. The project will improve junction 18 of the M60 and facilitate smoother flows of traffic along the connecting motorways, contributing to more reliable and safer journeys into and around Greater Manchester. This role will be joining the project in the development phase as such will be responsible for the supply chain engagement, developing total of the prices, managing design subcontract along with general commercial responsibilities.

During construction phase (from 2026) the role will be site based, but up until then it will be a mix of home working and working the offices in Manchester or Leeds

**Role Requirements**
- Post-graduate commercial experience ideally in the construction industry with demonstrable track record of achievement
- Holds an RICS / CICES accredited degree along with full Membership of RICS or CICES
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
