Executive Assistant to CEO

This is an opportunity for an experienced/ senior level EA/ PA who is looking to run a seamless operation for a CEO in the Renewable Energy sector. This is a high pressure role for someone who is able to deal with tight deadlines and multiple
This company offers all aspects of energy saving solutions and have over 40 years of experience in the industry operating Nationwide. The business is thriving and rapidly growing as the UK is striving towards a Net Zero carbon emission target.
Liaising with teams within the business to create working relationships through planning meetings and events.
**The role**:

- Managing CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and events
- Prioritise inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Anticipate CEO's needs in advance of meetings, conferences etc
*Any other duties that are required for business needs
**The person**:
*3 years minimum Exec PA experience
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
*Renewable Energy knowledge (desirable)
*Ability to work effectively under pressure
*Willingness to learn new skills to meet new needs of the business
*High integrity and confidentiality
*Strong attention to detail
