**_ About the role_**

As one of the school’s Teaching Assistants, you will:

- Be part of a team that specialises in the four areas of need.
- Plan and deliver a robust programme of intervention.
- Respond to students with immediate and emerging needs to ensure that all are able to access the curriculum, which is their entitlement.
- Facilitate and evaluate a range of learning experiences that are carefully matched to students’ prior learning and current needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of students' individual education plans.
- Use assessment data to provide feedback, to set learning objectives and to plan further interventions in conjunction with teaching staff.

This is a 20 hour per week, Term time, 38 weeks per year, permanent role.
