Data Administrator

**The Role**

The Data, Reporting & Platform Administrator will assist, and report to, the Investment Director, Analysis & Reporting in the following areas
- Liaison with Investment Platforms, including requesting the onboarding of funds on the platforms and providing the data necessary for this, and provision of updated data to platforms.
- Liaison with data vendors, including requesting the setup of funds on the data sources and providing the data necessary for this, provision of updated data, and data quality checking.
- Similar liaison with other third parties (including third party investment managers) to which Valu-Trac Investment Management Limited provides fund data.
- Assisting with the sourcing and maintenance of fund and asset data.
- Assisting with the maintenance and creation of management information for use within Valu-Trac, externally for fund reporting to platforms, data vendors and for regulatory purposes.

**Desirable skills, knowledge and experience**
- Most reporting is based round Microsoft Office products so experience with the Office suite of products, in particular Word and Excel is essential and experience with macros and VBA advantageous.
