We are seeking a SEN LSA for our valued client, a nurturing and supportive 'Ofsted good' school based in Smethwick. They have built a friendly environment conducive for learning, and have a strong focus on Autism awareness and EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan).

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- Providing personalised learning support to students with **Special Educational Needs**
- Working closely with the teaching staff to work on **EHCP'S**
- Assisting students in dealing with **emotional and behavioural issues**
- Facilitating social and academic development of students
- Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- A recognised SEN LSA qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children with Special Needs, **particularly Autism**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to helping students succeed
- Familiarity with **EHCP.**

**Salary and Working Arrangement**:

- Salary: £80-£90 per day depending on experience
- This is an office-based position, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant school environment.
