We have an exciting opportunity available for Support Workers to join our 24 hour Community Supported Living Service Deeping House in Market Deeping, Peterborough which will promotes the independence and well-being of 4 adults with additional care and support needs. The scheme provides a home for life for each service user, and you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to each individual to ensure they are able to reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
Various shifts including morning and lates on a rota basis including some weekends and bank holidays. 30 hour and 35 hour contract available.

You will be supporting adults with mental health and physical needs to develop existing skills or acquire new skills to increase their independence in daily living through appropriate risk taking, their opportunities for education and employment, and ultimately meet their desired outcomes as detailed within their support plan by delivering tailored and flexible support to each individual and to empower them to have greater independence. You will provide personalised 1:1 support to enable individual outcomes (such as daily living skills, good nutrition/hydration, community inclusion, physical and mental well-being), as well as being required to respond to emergency calls, providing ad-hoc support and monitoring security.
