We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our successful team in Gloucester providing outstanding care to individuals throughout the Gloucester area.

The Field Care Supervisor will be working closely with another Field Care Supervisor and Care Coordinator to provide a safe, legal and ethical practice of the day to day care function of the business.

The role of Field Care Supervisor will include but not be limited to:

- Spot checks for Support staff
- Competencies for medication and manual handling
- Medication lead duties
- Participate in Support Worker duties to include 1 working weekend out of 4
- Participate in the on-call function of the business 1 week out of 4
- Participate on the office duty rota and ensure effective running of all duty processes
- Manage a database of service users and highlight to the Deputy Manager and Assistant Deputy Manager when tasks such as reviews, care plans and risk assessments require an update.

The ideal Field Care Supervisor will:

- Have experience in domiciliary or community care within a supervisory capacity
- Be NVQ level 2 qualified in health and social care or equivalent
- Must be willing to undertake DBS checking
- Must have a full driving licence and use of vehicle for work purposes.

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (required)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
