**The Role**

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective financial management of key payroll, benefits and fleet schemes. You'll take ownership for all payroll management activities including checking and uploading data, liaising with our partners and overseeing processing of our Swedish and Polish payrolls alongside our international partners. Alongside business as usual activities you'll be given the opportunity to review our payroll processes and make recommendations on potential efficiencies.

**Other tasks include**:

- Pension administration including inputting data in to the pensions portal and managing auto enrolment
- Reconciling supplier invoices with payroll data including including Private Medical Insurance, Health Cashplan, Employee Car Schemes, Techscheme, Childcare vouchers, Attachments of Earnings
- Administering membership of the Employee Car Schemes including completing license checks, maintaining internal tracking documents, liaising with employees over charges and fines, payrolling of job related vehicles and completing P46 information as required
- Managing the company expenses process

**A bit about you**
- A background in payroll administration, ideally with knowledge of overseas payroll schemes, is essential.
- AAT Level 3 or above (or equivalent) would be an advantage.
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills with a high degree of accuracy, this role will include payroll checking so attention to detail is key.
- Strong communication skills, with a customer service focus and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- A continuous improvement mindset. You'll love to solve problems, embrace challenges, bring new ideas and help to shape our ways of working.
