Eastcote Park is a deluxe Retirement Village, located in Solihull. It has 34 exclusive retirement apartments and a luxurious 50-bedroom care home, providing residential, dementia and respite care. We have stunning facilities for our Apartment owners to use in the home, a fitness studio, beauty salon, cinema, piano bar, club room and lounges.

This is a hands-on, supervisory working role. The Dining Service Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with team members, supervising, training and auditing all dining and hospitality functions within the home. You will ensure that high quality customer care and service are delivered in a consistent manner at the dining areas.

You will supervise a team of hosts and will ensure that their functions are compliant with current legislation. You will need to have excellent communication skills when consulting with team members, residents, and family members.

Previous experience in a hospitality-related role is essential.

**Key Attributes**:

- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills and managing change
- Appropriate experience and relevant qualifications
- Experience in dining and hospitality functions

- Awareness of COSHH and CQC regulations
