**PERMANENT POSITION 40 HOURS PER WEEK PLUS PAID OVERTIME**
- Be able to work under pressure and adapt to change
- This involves early mornings and late evenings/ Nights. The job is a 40 hour contract but, will often be more, and can include split shifts and a changeable shift pattern. No two days are the same and things can change hour by hour. The hours can be long
- The role involves cleaning various sites daily and you will be driving in-between sites in the company van. You must be self-motivating and be able to work unsupervised
- Good rate of pay - **starting at £23,000 a year**:

- at £11.10 per hour.
- Experience within the commercial cleaning industry including the use of cleaning machinery would be advantageous but professional training will be given
- Tasks involve general cleaning duties, dusting, mopping, cleaning toilets and delivering stock to clients as required
- **To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Provide Employer references from at least previous three months
- Proof of Full Clean Driving Licence, Address, ID and National Insurance Number
- Attention to detail and high standards of work
- To be trustworthy, reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- **Quarterly Bonuses** _(if ALL targets are met)_

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
