Relief Supervisor

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee food & beverage preparation and ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Assist in the preparation of drinks orders
- Assist in clearing tables, pot washing, serving customers, handling customer queries & housekeeping duties
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service
- Manage daily operations in the absence of the regular manager/supervisor
- Provide guidance and support to staff members
- Uphold company policies and procedures

Advantageous:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to help with food preparation when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
