Childcare Apprenticeship

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join The Little Learners Childcare setting as a Level 2 Childcare Apprentice.
The setting looks after children from ages 4 months to 5 years old and benefits from 4 rooms. The setting is family orientated and very friendly, with highly qualified, experienced and Ofsted registered practitioners.

The Little Learners offer a wide range of activities to support each child in their development, emotionally, spiritually and intellectually. Their purposeful play will develop a child's imagination, creativity, language, problem-solving ability, physical skills and independence.

**Your roles and responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting children with personal care
- Supporting with feeding and snacks
- Preparing activities for the children
- Participating in activities with the children
- Helping with messy play
- Working with other team members to keep the setting clean and tidy
- Must be willing to get involved
- Adhering to safeguarding procedures
- Keeping the children safe at all times
- Following health and safety procedures
- Observing children Interacting with parents

**Minimum requirements**:
GCSEs in Maths and English grade C or above or Functional Skills Level 2

This is an exciting opportunity to complete a Level 2 Childcare apprenticeship within a friendly team at a fantastic setting.
