- At Mossfield Primary School we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and caring person to join our highly motivated and talented staff team.You will:

- Provide general classroom support and work with groups of pupils.
- Be flexible to the children and class teacher needs and have a caring nature
- Have a good understanding of how children learn
- Have a secure understanding of behaviour and the importance of relationships
- Be creative and able to support the engagement of learning in the classroom
- Be able to inspire and motivate children
- Work in partnership with other members of staff to promote the well-being and educational progress of each pupil
- Have the ability to work using your own initiative.
- Work well within a team, contributing to the shared ethos and values of the school.
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills
