**Job Title**: Midday Supervisor

**Salary**: Scale 4 point 7, FTE £22,369 pro rata is £5,171, £11.59 per hour

**Hours**: 10hrs per week, Monday to Friday. 11.30 -13.30 term time only

**Contract**: Part time, Permanent, term time

**Start date**: ASAP

The Prospect Vale Primary School Team are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to lead and develop the lunchtime experience for our children.

To lead our team of Midday Assistants who are committed to supervising and caring for our children over the lunchtime period in the playground, dining room and around school. You will organise the supervision of children, encouraging young children to eat their food, assisting with the development of healthy choices and good table manners. You would also organise the supervision of hand washing, cleaning up of spillages and ensuring the dining room and tables are clean and lunchtime equipment is put away.
- Have experience of dealing with children in a supervisory capacity.
- Enjoy organising playground games to ensure children’s lunchtime experience is a happy one.
- Be proactive
- Have a positive approach to behaviour management and are determined to ensure lunchtimes remain a safe and positive experience for all children.
- Be restorative in their approach to handling conflict.
