Vision are searching for enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistants based in South Gloucestershire who are looking to make a positive impact on students' lives. As part of our dedicated support staff, you will work collaboratively with teachers, providing assistance to students in the classroom.

**About the role**:
As a valued Trainee Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with class teachers to plan, deliver, and assess teaching and learning activities.
- Providing personalized support and reinforcement of learning to small groups or individual students.
- Creating an engaging and safe learning environment, ensuring well-maintained resources and informative classroom displays.
- Assisting in managing student behavior and promoting positive attitudes towards learning, in accordance with the school's behavior policy.
