**Pay rate**:£10.37 per hour plus enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays
**Rota**:Monday - Friday (Weekend availability)
**Hours**:34.5 hrs per week (07:30 - 15:00)
**About the Trust**
**Have you worked in an NHS environment before? Can you bring your housekeeping skills to Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust?**

**This is a Temporary role**
**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with agreed procedures which aim to reduce the risk of acquired infections.
- Abide by the strict 'National Colour Coding System' for cleaning within a healthcare environment.
- To co-operate when new methods of working are introduced with the aim of improving work schedules and frequencies.
- Replenish all hand towels, toilet rolls, soaps etc as and when required.
- To operate all mechanical equipment i.e., floor cleaning machines, steam cleaners and vacuum systems in line with safe operating instructions and report any defects to the housekeeping supervisors.
**Skills required**:
- Previous experience in Housekeeping
- Cleaning experience
- Hospital experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
