We’re looking for a Valet Assistant to join our iconic Housekeeping team.

As a Valet Assistant Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
To consistently achieve the required standards of product and customer care, providing excellent service to our guests in the laundry and valet department.
- Ensures the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests
- To perform duties such as pressing, shoe polishing, repairs, measurements, alterations and operating laundry machines.
- To ensure all colleague uniforms are kept in good condition and provide a professional image to our guests at all times.
- To report any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems by recording all faults in work orders and passing them on to the Laundry & Valet Management.

As a Valet Assistant, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning to evening and occasional night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required.
