We act for NHS and private providers (and their insurers and indemnifiers) across England and have been members of the NHS Resolution and MPS panels for many years. We understand the challenges our clients face and provide expert but pragmatic solutions, resolving claims quickly, efficiently and sensitively. In this role, you’ll work in a highly regarded team that provides a range of quality legal services on complex matters. You may also have the opportunity to become involved with healthcare inquest and advisory work.

Our expectation is that, **on average**, you’ll work from home for no more than three days per week, with the remainder of your time either spent in the office or working from other locations as work demands dictate, e.g. courts, client offices, conferences etc. Equally, there will be individual circumstances in which a different pattern of work is needed, for example as an agreed reasonable adjustment for colleagues with a disability or long-term medical condition.
