**Driver Compliance Officer - Bromsgrove District Council (Hybrid)**

**6+ Month Ongoing Contract**

**Essentials**:

- Experience of undertaking a similar role will be essential in undertaking this piece of work.

**Job Role**:

- This role is to provide additional capacity primarily to the Fleet Manager to undertake a review of driver compliance across the HGV fleet covering waste management and our place teams.
- This will involve a review of CPC training and compliance with the relevant regulations, developing action plans and to commence the delivery of the necessary actions.
- You would work alongside the operational managers and senior managers in order to ensure compliance in this area.
