With impeccable attention to detail, the ability to manage his or her own time and a highly organised approach, the successful applicant will be a natural multi-tasker, they will drive customer engagement and revenue through identification and delivery of insight driven, inspiring and innovative content and advertising campaigns.

This person will work closely with the Marketing manager to support the business and deliver highly engaging campaigns. A good understanding of all social channels is required to be able to create and deliver a full strategy and tactical plan. You must also have strong analytical skills to report effectively on campaign and platform performance.

Working in a highly collaborative environment it will be essential to form good working relationships with external stakeholders and the wider internal team.

You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of the department, this is an expansive position in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.

**The Role**

*Create and manage the social media strategy to grow sales whilst driving a consistent brand message.

*Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn) plus introduce new platforms in line with team and business objectives.

*Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.

*Manage paid advertising in line with set budgets, focusing on ROI.

*Manage artwork and content, working closely with the in-house Creative Team to support social activity.

*Work alongside the wider marketing team and other departments to create a strong content schedule.

*Manage timely responses to audience comments.

*Regularly research and analyse social media trends to incorporate into your own activity.

*Monitor, report and take effective action on KPI performance communicating to relevant stakeholders as required.

*Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.

**The Person**

*Be highly organised, with great attention to detail and responsible for own deadlines.

*Previous experience in a social media role which spans multiple social channels.

*Previous experience with social paid advertising with strong understanding of audience segmentation.

*Generating and interpreting reports with strong analytical skills.

*Competent managing a sizeable budget.

*Creatively minded with excellent written communication skills.

*Have the aptitude and ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running.

*Strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and overcome challenges with ease.

*Be self-motivated with an ability to think ahead and use own initiative.

*Used to working to tight deadlines in a busy and often pressured fast-paced environment.

*Solid experience of dealing with a high volume of data.

*Experience of working in a multifunctional team and delivering projects in a highly collaborative way.

*A keen interested in industry trends in the entertainments business.

*A professionally friendly, open, honest, and charismatic personality.

*Advanced experience with full Microsoft office package including Access.
