**Job Brief**

As a Keyholder in our **RUSHMERE Store**, you will be involved in all areas of the business from taking responsibility for the day to day running of the store when the Manager is not present. You will mainly advise customers and maximise sales. You will respond to queries raised by customers, head office and members of the store team including coaching and developing. It is a small store with a small team.

**Your skills**

We are looking for someone sales driven, social, a team player and bubbly. You will have worked in a similar environment of small scale retail such as boutique or you are an ambitious sales assistant looking to expand your skills in management. Your personal qualities should also include:

- A result orientated and driven attitude.
- Good leadership skills.
- Being well-organised and able to cope with managing various tasks.
- A positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and improve.
- The ability to coach your team to reach their potential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
