Atex Engineering is a burgeoning enterprise specializing in custom ATEX conversions for forklifts across diverse sectors. Despite our recent inception, we’ve rapidly established a reputation for excellence and innovation. We’re on the lookout for an **Engineering Assistant with an electrical focus** to tackle stimulating projects and contribute to our growth.

Role Summary:
We invite a **self-driven** and **adaptable** professional to join our ranks. This position offers the independence to work autonomously, the flexibility to adapt to various situations, and the chance to continuously enhance your skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Engineering Manager to learn and assist with essential duties.
- Work flexibly roughly **25 hours weekly**, with the possibility of extra hours during peak project periods.
- Independently manage tasks with mínimal oversight.

Travel:

- Has a year’s experience in an electrically-biased engineering role, automotive industry preferred.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and is open to travel.
- Exhibits a **hands-on**, practical approach, coupled with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- **Maintains meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.**

Join Us:

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
