**Estimator - Tiptree - Full time - Permanent - Salary negotiable**

They are recruiting for a dedicated and hardworking estimator with a brilliant attitude and professional manner. Theyare hoping to find a person with a 'can do' attitude to support their dynamic team who will jump straight in and take advantage of the endless possibilities at this company.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Communicating and following up with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to collect quotes**
- **Analyse company data, monitor budgets and prices**
- **Review and assess cost estimates**
- **Identify labour, material, costs and time requirements by researching proposals, drawings, and any related documents**
- **Prepare detailed cost estimate**
- **Conduct regular risk assessments**
- **Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the plan**

**Skills, qualities & experience**
- **Experience within a similar role or the retail sector**
- **Ability to self-manage and use your own initiative**
- **Brilliant and elegant telephone manner**
- **Thrives or can remain calm under pressure**
- **Keen eye for detail**
- **mathematics and IT abilities**
- **Excellent presentation and communication skills**
- **Strong problem-solving abilities**
- **Microsoft packages including MS office**

**20 days + Statutory bank holidays entitlement per annum**
