**Information Security Analyst**

**Full time, Hybrid, Woking based.**

My client are currently looking for an Information Security Analyst to join their growing team in Woking. They are world leaders in fraud and risk management and have provided solutions to some of the world's largest financial institutions, merchants andother payment service providers.
- **What will your responsibilities be as an Information Security Analyst?**_
- Monitor computer networks for security issues.
- Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents.
- Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
- Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
- Work with security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
- Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
- Perform penetration testing.
- Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management.
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.
- Monitor security and event logs

**_What skills and experience will you need to be success in this role?_**
- Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
- Experience of PCI requirements and the PCI assessment process.
- Experience with MS Azure and on-premises environments.
- Experience with firewalls, proxies, GPO’s, SIEM, antivirus, FIM, WAF, DSD
- Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
- Experience with patch management and the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.
- Experience in working with 3rd party security and infrastructure vendors
- Experience with HSM’s
- Experience with creating and maintaining security relevant documentation
- Experience with Jira preferable
- Willingness to work outside of normal office hours if required
- Knowledge of GDPR and ISO27001 requirements preferable
