**REED Education is supporting a First School in Redditch that is looking for a Bursar to begin as soon as possible.**
**The role of Bursar is a varied role, providing effective leadership support to the Headteacher and SLT. The Bursar will contribute to the development of a strong and effective School.**
- **A degree qualification or equivalent**:

- **A professional qualification in either business management/accountancy or human resources**:

- **Management within a public/private sector setting**:

- **Good knowledge of financial procedures and regulations in schools**:

- **Have a good mind at problem solving.**:

- **Have excellent written and oral communication skills.**:

- **Be friendly, proactive and enthusiastic and be a team player.**:

- **Have excellent oral and written communication skills.**:

- **Have a calm, positive and professional demeanour.**:

- **Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to pay £38 for a new check.**
