**Role**:
The Digital Product Owner is responsible for end-to-end customer-facing digital products at Endsleigh. Working in a small dynamic digital team, collaboration is key to success through group problem solving and influencing stakeholders, as well as leading the business as a digital expert.

You will be responsible for the creation, prioritisation and delivery of the product roadmap and being commercially and technically aware is critical to the success of the role.

You’ll also play a key part in improving our ways of working and embedding our digital team across the wider business.

**Core responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with digital, marketing, product and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities aligned to the growth strategy of the business
- Working with the research team to gather user feedback to support the product roadmap and help improve the experience
- Creating and managing the digital product roadmap and backlog
- Prioritising requirements based on benefits to the business and users
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to support user research, requirements, estimations and business signoff
- Working with the design team to ensure designs meet business and user requirements
- Where necessary, developing business cases and user stories for new features
- Working with developers to ensure change is delivered on time, to budget and meets the acceptance criteria required
- Sharing regular updates with the business on product news and performance
- Creating great working relationships with designers, researchers, developers and stakeholders as well as business partners/suppliers
- Using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand performance and support requirements
- Working within agreed budgets and demonstrating ROI via regular performance updates

**Person**:
The Digital Product Owner should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships. You should also have a strong understanding and experience of UX and design processes.

**You will also have the following**:

- Experience using agile processes and principles
- Good understanding of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Strong commercial and customer focus
- Proven evidence of creating and delivering successful digital products
- Knowledgeable in SEO best practice and tools
- Experience managing website content using Content Management Systems
