Bookkeeper/payroll - Part-time

**Reporting to Senior Management/Accountant your job specification is to;**
They will need to speak to Chairman on a regular basis.
This Part-time role are 20 hoursper week.
Salary negotiable
**Responsibilities**
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- VAT returns
- Ensure timely processing of small monthly and small weekly payrolls
**Qualifications**
- Accounting qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SAGE 50 and Payroll Manager
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, detail orientated
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
Bookkeeping - 4 yrs Experience (minimum preferred)
Payroll - 4 yrs Experience (minimum preferred)
Honesty with discretion is paramount for this role to deal with sensitive and confidential information appropriately and keeping data private.
